While we take utmost care during our services, NeatnTidy.dk is not liable for pre-existing damages or any loss caused by factors beyond our control. Clients are responsible for securing valuables before the cleaning.

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Denmark.
